Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription Cancellation

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
  • Upon cancellation, your account will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
  • You will continue to have access to all features until your subscription expires.
  • No partial refunds are provided for unused days within a billing cycle.

2. Storage Add-on Cancellation

  • Storage add-ons are billed monthly for 30-day periods.
  • You may cancel a storage add-on at any time.
  • Upon cancellation, the additional storage remains available until the add-on expiry date.
  • If your total storage usage exceeds the remaining limit after cancellation, you will need to reduce your usage or purchase additional storage.

3. Refund Policy

Eligible for Refund
  • Payment was charged due to a technical error or duplicate transaction.
  • Service was not delivered as described and the issue could not be resolved.
  • Refund request is made within 7 days of the original transaction.
Not Eligible for Refund
  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • Failure to use the service during the subscription period.
  • Requests made after 7 days from the transaction date.
  • Violations of our Terms and Conditions leading to account suspension.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, follow these steps:
  1. Email us at hello@shootbook.in with the subject line "Refund Request".
  2. Include your registered email address and transaction details.
  3. Describe the reason for your refund request.
  4. Our team will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days.

5. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during the transaction.
  • Bank processing times may vary; please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

6. Free Trial

If we offer a free trial period:
  • No payment is required during the trial period.
  • You may cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged.
  • If you do not cancel, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan.
