1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ShootBook ("the Platform"), operated by Wooshelf Private Limited, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

ShootBook is a cloud-based photography studio management platform that provides tools for shoot management, team collaboration, invoicing, equipment tracking, client galleries, and storage management. The Platform is offered on a subscription basis with optional paid add-ons.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform.
  • Each studio account is for use by a single business entity.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

  • Subscription plans are billed as per the selected plan (monthly/annual).
  • Storage add-ons are billed monthly for 30-day periods.
  • Payments are processed securely through Razorpay Payment Gateway.
  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
  • You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for recurring subscriptions.

5. User Content and Data

  • You retain ownership of all photos, data, and content uploaded to ShootBook.
  • You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely for providing the service.
  • You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and share all content.
  • We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:
  • Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
  • Upload content that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other user accounts or our systems.
  • Use the Platform to distribute malware or harmful content.
  • Resell or redistribute access to the Platform without authorization.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to perform scheduled maintenance and will notify users when possible. We are not liable for any downtime, data loss, or service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

8. Termination

  • You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
  • Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days, after which it may be permanently deleted.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wooshelf Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
